Most of the people I know work jobs in offices where they have to spend several hours a day at the keyboard. Sitting with bad typing postures makes them feel achy, low energy, and generally unhappy. If they would just take the time to improve posture habits, they would be free from many of the aches and pains that are so common among office workers.
Typing posture isn't just about how you sit, but it starts that way. Basically, you want to sit upright but not too upright. It's kind of a natural position but for most of us who slouch all the time, it might feel a little bit stiff at first.
