This is a one piece therapeutic magnetic waist wrap. It has 16 large 800 gauss magnets in the widest center part of the wrap for a total of 12,800 gauss. It is very easy to put on and take off with the velcro type wrap construction and will be good for waists up to about 50 inches in the large size.
